Employment opportunities workshop for people with disabilities
During the workshop we discussed the integration of people with disabilities into the workforce, we tried to listen to all the participants and encourage them for future plans, for different ideas they have.
Our proposals included programs such as those successfully implemented by ACCES Kaufland Romania , Carrefour and Decathlon Alin Cărăgui .
Also, the 48 social enterprises in Gorj also play an important role for the development of the social economy and for the continuous support of people with disabilities.
The conclusion of partnerships between NGOs, AJOFM and other institutions is welcome!
